Coconut oil is highly regarded for its myriad of health benefits and its incredible versatility. It can be used in cooking, baking, skin care and much more. Nutrient-rich coconut oil has many uses but here are some of the top contenders for daily use!
1. Oil pulling: Coconut oil is antimicrobial, making it a great choice for this practice. Just swishing about a tablespoon in your mouth for about 15 to 20 minutes in the morning will help to remove toxins and other nasty stuff from your teeth and gums.
