With about 15 calories per 100 grams, the vegetable (technically a fruit) contains minimal fat, carbohydrates, and sugar. It is a source of vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium and antioxidants including flavonoids, lignans and triterpenes, per a Daily Mail report.
